Supply List
At Circle City Prep we operate as a community and openly share all supplies, whether purchased by a family or the school itself. Given the community use of supplies, please note that all supplies received cannot be returned under any circumstances, so please avoid writing student names on materials unless specified below.
Families are able to donate supplies or pay a one-time fee of $50 through your powerschool portal.We understand that not all families may be able to contribute at this time and that is okay! This is NOT a requirement.
We ask that all supplies are brought to Parent Orientation (schedule below) to ensure Day 1 of school is smooth.

Attention
All Scholars should bring 1 pair of wired over-the-ear headphones (no microphone, no Bluetooth) labeled with the scholar’s first and last name to the 1st day of school!
Kindergarten - 5th Grade
(Kinder-2nd Grade: Grey Uniform Shirt / 3rd - 5th Grade: Red Uniform Shirt - All Scholars need khaki pants or skirt (no cargos) and closed-toe sneakers
- 48 yellow #2 pencils
- 3 boxes of Kleenex
- 1 box of black dry-erase markers
- 3 containers of Disinfectant wipes
- 2 bottles of hand sanitizer (with pump, at least 12 oz)
- 1 box of washable markers
- 3 boxes of crayons
- 1 fabric pencil pouch with zipper
- (optional) CLEAR water bottle labeled with Scholar’s name
Kindergarten and 1st Grade Only:
1 extra pair of underwear, uniform pants & socks in a ziplock bag (Please label with scholar’s first and last name)
6th - 8th Grade
(Black Uniform Shirt - All Scholars need khaki pants or skirt (no cargos) and closed-toe sneakers
- 48 yellow #2 pencils
- 3 boxes of Kleenex
- 1 box of black dry-erase markers
- 3 containers of Disinfectant wipes
- 2 bottles of hand sanitizer (with pump, at least 12 oz)
- 1 WHITE three-inch binder (w/ clear plastic cover)
- One set of 5 binder tabs (w/ clear, insertable tabs)
- 2 packs of college ruled loose leaf paper
- Pencil pouch with 3 holes that fits in binder (zipper, cloth)
- 1 pack of yellow highlighters
- (optional) CLEAR water bottle labeled with Scholar’s name
8th Grade Only:
