Supply List
The easiest way to manage supplies in primary classrooms without disrupting classroom time or having unprepared Scholars is to have shared supplies within the classrooms. While Circle City Prep will always provide Scholars with the materials necessary to complete their work, families are expected to purchase school supplies requested by the school. Circle City Prep will provide a school supplies list to all families at the beginning of the year and have it available upon request at the front office.
Given the community use of supplies, please note that all supplies received cannot be returned under any circumstances, therefore please avoid writing scholars’ names on materials unless specified below.
Grades K-2 School Supplies
- Headphones with Scholar’s name (if broken throughout the year, family must replace)
- 48 yellow #2 pencils
- 3 boxes of crayons
- 1 box of washable markers
- 1 box of black dry-erase markers
- 1 One Subject Spiral Notebook
- 1 Composition Notebook
- 3 boxes of Kleenex
- 3 containers of Clorox Disinfectant wipes
- 2 bottles of hand sanitizer, at least 12 0z
- 1 extra pair of underwear, pants & socks in a ziplock bag (K-only, labeled with scholar name)
- 1 fabric pencil pouch with zipper
Grades 3-4 School Supplies
- Headphones with Scholar’s name (if broken throughout the year, family must replace)
- 48 yellow #2 pencils
- 1 box of markers
- 4 spiral-notebooks (green, yellow, red, blue, orange)
- 1 box of black dry-erase markers
- 3 boxes of Kleenex
- 3 containers of Clorox Disinfectant wipes
- 2 bottles of hand sanitizer, at least 12 0z
- Zip-pencil pouch with Scholar’s name
- CLEAR water bottle
Grades 5-6 School Supplies

- 1 box of black dry-erase markers

- 4 spiral notebooks (green, yellow, red, blue, orange)
